B\u00e1r d\u00e9l-keleten sok f\u0171szert haszn\u00e1lnak, m\u00e9gis a leveseik nagyon szimpl\u00e1k. Az n\u00e1luk m\u00e1r levesnek sz\u00e1m\u00edt, ha abban a l\u00e9ben, amiben a h\u00fas f\u0151tt egy kis hagym\u00e1val (teh\u00e1t nem a mi gazdag \u00edz\u0171 alaplev\u00fcnkre gondolok), megf\u0151znek b\u00faz\u00e1t vagy csicseribors\u00f3t \u00e9s kicsit megf\u0171szerezik.
