Savanyk\u00e1s \u00e9s \u00e9des, roppan\u00f3 \u00e9s sz\u00e9toml\u00f3, a friss gr\u00e1n\u00e1talma magok pedig mint a kis dr\u00e1gak\u00f6vek csillognak a t\u00e1ny\u00e9runkon!<\/p><p>Ebben az \u00e9vben szeretn\u00e9k m\u00e9g sokkal t\u00f6bb receptet megosztani veletek, n\u00e9ha csak \u00fagy mindenf\u00e9le k\u00f6r\u00edt\u00e9s, h\u00e1tt\u00e9r sztori n\u00e9lk\u00fcl (abb\u00f3l lesz el\u00e9g a t\u00f6bbi bejegyz\u00e9sben)!<\/p><p>\u00cdme az els\u0151 az \u00e9vben, melyb\u0151l a blogom nev\u00e9hez ill\u0151en nem maradhat ki a gr\u00e1n\u00e1talma!<\/p><p><strong>Gr\u00e1n\u00e1talm\u00e1s s\u00fclt csirke (Acem yahn\u0131s\u0131)<\/strong><\/p><p>Hozz\u00e1val\u00f3k:\u00a0<\/p><p>3 gr\u00e1n\u00e1talma<\/p><p>1 citrom leve<\/p><p>2 ek vaj\/olaj<\/p><p>2 apr\u00f3ra v\u00e1gott hagyma<\/p><p>1 kisebb csirke feldarabolva (vagy 8 csontos csirke fels\u0151comb)<\/p><p>1 tk fah\u00e9j<\/p><p>1 tk cukor<\/p><p>200 gr di\u00f3<\/p><p>s\u00f3, bors<\/p><p>friss mentalev\u00e9l<\/p><p>Forr\u00f3s\u00edtsuk fel az olajat egy f\u00e9mnyel\u0171, magasfal\u00fa serpeny\u0151ben (k\u00e9s\u0151bb ezt rakjuk majd a s\u00fct\u0151be vagy ha ilyen\u00fcnk nincs, akkor s\u00fct\u00e9s el\u0151tt \u00f6nts\u00fck \u00e1t az \u00e9telt egy t\u0171z\u00e1ll\u00f3 t\u00e1lba) \u00e9s p\u00e1roljuk n\u00e9h\u00e1ny percig az apr\u00f3ra v\u00e1gott hagym\u00e1t. Nem kell t\u00falpir\u00edtani, mert a csirk\u00e9vel egy\u00fctt m\u00e9g pirulni fog. Adjuk hozz\u00e1 a csirk\u00e9t \u00e9s pir\u00edtsuk mindk\u00e9t oldalukat, am\u00edg aranybarna sz\u00edn\u0171ek nem lesznek. 2 gr\u00e1n\u00e1talm\u00e1nak nyomjuk kis a lev\u00e9t (ha nincs ehhez megfelel\u0151 eszk\u00f6z\u00fcnk, akkor vegy\u00fcnk dobozos gr\u00e1n\u00e1talma levet, kb 3 dl kell bel\u0151le), adjuk a csirk\u00e9hez a citroml\u00e9vel egy\u00fctt, majd s\u00f3zzuk, borsozzuk \u00e9s \u00edzes\u00edts\u00fck fah\u00e9jjal, valamint a cukorral! Forraljuk fel, majd vegy\u00fck vissza k\u00f6zepesre a l\u00e1ngot \u00e9s p\u00e1roljuk a csirk\u00e9t fed\u0151 alatt kb. f\u00e9l \u00f3r\u00e1n kereszt\u00fcl, am\u00edg meg nem puhul. Ha nagyon visszaforrna a leve, \u00f6nthet\u00fcnk hozz\u00e1 egy pici vizet. K\u00f6zben meleg\u00edts\u00fck fel a s\u00fct\u0151t 200 fokra. Amint a csirke megpuhult, sz\u00f3rjuk meg apr\u00f3ra v\u00e1gott di\u00f3val \u00e9s tegy\u00fck be a s\u00fct\u0151be 15 percre. F\u00e9lid\u0151ben locsoljuk meg a csirk\u00e9t a gr\u00e1n\u00e1talm\u00e1s lev\u00e9vel.
