Persze lehet, hogy \u00e9ppen nem a d\u00f6ner kebap elnevez\u00e9st haszn\u00e1ljuk, hanem k\u00e9r\u00fcnk egy gyrost tortill\u00e1ban, de vegy\u00fck \u00fagy hogy ez nem a mi hib\u00e1nk, a t\u00f6r\u00f6k d\u00f6neresek nem neveltek minket a helyes sz\u00f3haszn\u00e1latra a kezdetekt\u0151l fogva \ud83d\ude42<\/p>

Arra viszont m\u00e9g minden es\u00e9ly megvan, hogy a tantunit eredeti \u00edz\u00e9vel \u00e9s nev\u00e9vel szeress\u00fck meg. Eredet\u00e9t nem pontosan tudjuk, vannak olyan mende-mond\u00e1k, melyek szerint az arabokt\u00f3l ker\u00fclt az Oszm\u00e1n Birodalomba \u00e9s v\u00e1lt a t\u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6k kedvelt \u00e9tel\u00e9v\u00e9, vannak akik viszont \u00e1ll\u00edtj\u00e1k, hogy ez az \u00e9tel a d\u00e9l-t\u00f6r\u00f6korsz\u00e1gi Mersin v\u00e1ros\u00e1ban alakult ki, mely a mai napig szinte szinon\u00edm\u00e1ja ennek az \u00e9telnek a t\u00f6r\u00f6k gasztron\u00f3miai k\u00f6znyelvben.<\/p>

A tantuni nagy utat tett meg, hogy a gasztron\u00f3mi\u00e1ban elfoglalja mai hely\u00e9t \u00e9s az egyik kedvenc street foodd\u00e1 v\u00e1ljon, valamint \u00e9ttermek \u00e9tlapj\u00e1ra is feker\u00fclj\u00f6n, ugyanis sok\u00e1ig a szeg\u00e9nyek eledele volt. Ha minden igaz, r\u00e9gen a hentesn\u00e9l megmaradt h\u00fasdarabokat vagy dar\u00e1lt h\u00fast, birkat\u00fcd\u0151t \u00e9s birkafarokzs\u00edrt gy\u0171jt\u00f6tt\u00e9k \u00f6ssze, majd el\u0151bbieket apr\u00f3ra v\u00e1gva, hagym\u00e1val \u00e9s paradicsommal \u00f6sszekeverve ut\u00f3bb eml\u00edtett zs\u00edrban megs\u00fct\u00f6tt\u00e9k \u00e9s ezt tett\u00e9k egy szelet keny\u00e9rre. A t\u00e1lc\u00e1k id\u0151vel m\u00e1r r\u00e9zb\u0151l k\u00e9sz\u00fcltek, m\u00e9ghozz\u00e1 \u00fagy, hogy k\u00f6zep\u00fck\u00f6n egy kisebb m\u00e9lyed\u00e9st alak\u00edtottak ki. \u00cdgy mindig csak annyi h\u00fast kellett megs\u00fctni\u00fck, amely az \u00e9pp megrendelt szendvicshez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges volt, a t\u00f6bbi el\u0151re megf\u0151z\u00f6tt h\u00fas pedig a t\u00e1lca sz\u00e9l\u00e9n v\u00e1rakozott a sor\u00e1ra.<\/p>
